  • My Order Is Taking A Long Time To Arrive, Where Is It?"
    Although we carry products which are shipped from within the US, we also offer products from a variety of manufacturers. Many of our brands ship from different locations including overseas. Therefore, orders shipped directly from our suppliers overseas will take a longer time to deliver due to the following factors. - Origin Country - Destination Country - Port Congestion - Time of Year - Clearing Customs - Time of Year - During Chinese New Year, 11.11, and other major Chinese holidays, tons of shipments are sent from China. More orders put additional strain on limited resources. As a consequence, products delivered during the festive season will be delayed by a few days. Please rest assured that your order is guaranteed to arrive. Your order is protected under buyer protection.   • Delays Due to Covid-19
    For International Orders between the US and other countries: Due to the pandemic, the number of flights between the US and overseas destinations have decreased as people are not traveling as much as they used to. This has caused shipments being flown out of the country to back up as fewer flights means less cargo space for international shipments. Please allow additional time for delivery for some orders.
  • I ordered multiple items and I have only received one product from the order. Where are the other products?
    Although we carry products which are shipped from within the US, we also offer products from a variety of manufacturers. Many of our brands ship from different locations including overseas. Therefore, if you have a multi-item order, you may receive products on different dates as they're often being shipped separately. Whenever possible, we try to ship items from the same order together.
  • My Order Sems To Be Lost, What Can I Do?"
    In rare circumstances (less than 1%), shipments might be lost. We make every effort to avoid it, using strong packaging, bar-coded labels, and address verification for US and international addresses. All USPS shipments are not insured since the cost is significantly higher than the value of the contents, therefore we request that a full month pass before requesting replacement goods. For items that are lost or damaged, you have 5 days from the date of delivery notification to contact us for a replacement. We will file a claim on your behalf so that the delivery service can investigate the shipment. We will not be able to replace missing or destroyed shipments after 5 days have passed. The customer accepts to provide full photographic evidence of the harm, including photographs of all boxes and wrapping. Video recording will be required to back you up. If your claim is denied, we are not responsible for free replacements. This is why we will appeal to you for as much information as possible to help us win your case and get you the product you deserve!
  • What Is Your Refund Policy?
    - CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Check unused conditions below. Also, all returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). If you want to return something, please email us at accessoriesfortacoma@gmail.com for the RMA #. - UNUSED CONDITIONS: To qualify for a full refund, goods must be UNUSED and in excellent re-sellable condition. Before installing any of our products, please watch our installation videos to ensure that you are comfortable with the procedure. Some of our items are non-returnable after the installation tape or 3M Liner is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before removing any adhesive liners. We suggest placing the item in the exact location where you will be installing it to make sure you love it and to make sure it fits correctly. - SHIPPING COSTS/FEES: Any additional costs incurred as a result of a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' delivery will be deducted from the overall refund amount. - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customers returning orders internationally are subject to their country's import taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty costs. Any 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount if there are any. - RETURN TIME LIMIT: Orders may not be returned for a period of 15 days after delivery. You must request a return within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging. Once our supplier has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been satisfied, you will receive a full refund. The sooner you send back the goods, the sooner you will get your refund, which will be returned to the same billing used to make the original payment on the order.
  • Can I Exchange my Order?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but item exchanges are not presently permitted. You can, however, place a new order before or after receiving a refund since the return order and new order are two separate procedures.
  • Can I Cancel My Order?
    Yes, If you'd like a shipment on an open order canceled, send us an email at accessoriesfortacoma@gmail.com with your cancellation request before we ship your order from the warehouse or supplier so that you don't have to pay for return shipping. Orders usually ship in one business day. Once an order has its shipping label created or been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
